Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Maintenance Front-Line Leader at the Valley View, Ohio plant to supervise mechanics, installers, and repairers and coordinate maintenance activities. You will also advise on service recommendations and safety improvements.

Responsibilities include developing maintenance programs, supervising staff, coordinating resources, and driving reliability while meeting production goals in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair in manufacturing setting.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, industrial controls, motors, sensors and PLCs.
• Experience developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of maintenance staff and contractors.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance.
• Monitor maintenance metrics and equipment reliability.
• Budget preparation and cost control for maintenance.
