Job summary

DuPont in Ohio is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager responsible for safe, reliable operation, maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of facility infrastructure. Lead maintenance staff and contractors while ensuring compliance with EH&S, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, drive asset reliability and energy efficiency, manage budgets, and lead Lean, Six Sigma or TPM initiatives across a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, Business, or related field.
• Significant experience leading facility maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience with maintenance planning, budgeting, and capital projects.
• CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, Fiix) and strong data/metrics literacy.
• CMRP, CFM, or PMP certifications highly preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate facilities maintenance personnel.
• Manage maintenance and operation of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, fire protection, security, building automation).
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor asset reliability metrics and conduct root cause analyses.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and building code compliance; manage safety programs and audits.
• Manage department budget, contracts, and vendor relationships; oversee major maintenance projects.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or reliability improvement initiatives; drive energy efficiency projects.
