Hendrickson in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Department Supervisor to lead our plant's Maintenance team, facilities and equipment. You will supervise the maintenance staff, implement preventive maintenance, and drive reliability improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of maintenance/engineering experience, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and proficiency in diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years maintenance or engineering experience.
• Familiar with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC and similar regulatory requirements.
• Machining and welding capabilities required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiar or ability to learn PMC System and other maintenance software.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented problem solver.

Responsabilités

• Supervise periodic and incidental machine maintenance to ensure timely, accurate, and safe completion.
• Supervise direct reports: set rules, safety programs, attendance, discipline; promote open communication and team involvement.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules per equipment manufacturer’s recommendations and ensure parts are available.
• Plan and implement corrective actions with management direction.
• Ensure the department complies with all safety standards and regulations.
