Job summary

CSP is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Indiana to organize shift plans, supervise the maintenance team, and uphold safety and craftsmanship standards. You will collaborate across departments to minimize downtime and drive efficient maintenance work that meets PPAP/QS9000 expectations.

Preferred are an Associate's degree in mechanical or electrical tech and at least five years of supervisory maintenance experience. CSP offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with mechanical or electrical technology preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of related experience including supervisor in the maintenance area.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily or weekly work plans for each shift and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize benefits to the company.
• Establish and uphold standards for safety, craftsmanship, and skill levels.
• Collaborate with other departments in advance to minimize disruptions to facility operations.
• Mentor maintenance teams, ensuring work is done correctly, and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Deliverables: Timely completion and implementation of projects.
