Job summary

Daily’s Premium Meats in Utah seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, overseeing repairs, planning and safety. The role collaborates with the MRO team on asset repairs, ensures asset reliability, and drives best practices in maintenance and 5S. Strong leadership, refrigeration experience, and GMP knowledge are essential for success in a fast-paced, meat-processing environment. The position requires English proficiency and willingness to develop professional growth.

Qualifications

Five+ years in industrial maintenance.
Three+ years in industrial refrigeration.
Experience with ammonia and wastewater plants preferred.
Knowledge of GMP and food manufacturing best practices.
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems.
PC literacy with Word, Excel, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to maintenance staff; coach and mentor.
Lead problem analysis, planning, and KPI tracking with Planner/Scheduler.
Ensure training for new hires and ongoing safety and quality compliance.
Develop and implement maintenance processes; manage shift reports and checklists.
Maintain strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors and contractors.
