Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical trade school certification is required.
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills are essential.
- CMMS and computer skills are required; ability to read and interpret drawings.
Responsibilities
- Assign routine and preventative maintenance on CNC machines, automation equipment, stamping presses and basic industrial machinery.
- Work with Maintenance Manager on plant projects and ownership of tasks.
- Assist and perform complex troubleshooting, modification, and repair of production machinery and equipment.
- Train technicians on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs.
- Coordinate and communicate with engineers, supervisors and vendors on projects and repair problems.
- Assist with plant safety initiatives and ensure compliance with procedures.
