Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports.
• Associates degree or college program certificate, or 5+ years related experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Basic PLC experience and SAP knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, evaluate and train a staff of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment to minimize downtime.
• Foster a safety-first culture among staff and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Assist Maintenance Manager to direct maintenance policies and procedures.
