Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Maintenance, Machine Shop and MRO departments.
• Plan budgets, schedules and provide leadership to upkeep operations.
• Design/engineer plant equipment and process improvement projects.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure plant safety and OSHA/TOSHA compliance.
• Interface with Engineering and HR for capital projects and safety.
• Oversee space planning, contracts and real estate reviews.
