Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and proper utilization of equipment and facilities at the Nashville plant. You will lead preventive maintenance, ensure safe operation of water and energy systems, and coordinate with engineering and management teams to meet production goals.

The role requires 2 years of maintenance leadership experience, knowledge of electrical/plumbing systems, and experience with maintenance management software.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical college degree or certificate or equivalent experience in related discipline or industrial environment preferred.
• 2 years experience managing a maintenance staff.
• Basic equipment maintenance knowledge: electrical, plumbing and large machinery.
• Experience with maintenance management systems; Manager Plus preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance program and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient plant operation.
• Coordinate with Market Center Management and Engineering teams.
• Perform repairs to restore equipment and facilities to operating condition.
• Ensure safety and adherence to corporate maintenance standards and budgets.
• Monitor water/energy use and optimize efficiency at the plant.
