Qualifications

• Knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing efficient manufacture and distribution of goods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day maintenance of the plant and equipment.
• Supports preventive and predictive maintenance through planning and analysis.
• Maintains budgets, tracks expenditures, and prepares cost estimates.
• Manages maintenance systems including repairs, inspections, and records.
• Drives safe work practices and compliance with plant, state, and federal policies.
