Job summary

Milliken & Company is seeking an Engineering Services Professional to lead maintenance and reliability in the Magnolia Finishing Plant. You will supervise 20–25 maintenance associates, coach staff, and drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across mechanical and electrical systems.

You will partner with production leadership to ensure operational stability, lead troubleshooting, and develop preventive maintenance strategies while supporting small improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of approximately 20-25 maintenance associates, including supervisors and technicians.
• Own performance management, goal setting, coaching, feedback and development.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities within assigned departments.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with plant standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Lead troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Drive root cause analysis for recurring or high-impact failures.
• Support reliability initiatives and spare parts strategy.
