Job summary

Westlake Chemical seeks an Engineering Maintenance Manager to lead a team of mechanical, electrical, and controls technicians, ensuring safe and efficient operation of production equipment.

You will be responsible for safety, environmental compliance, quality, productivity and cost management of maintenance. This role includes KPI monitoring, multi-year maintenance and capital planning, and collaboration across operations, EHS and contract maintenance to improve asset reliability.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 10 years Operations and/or Maintenance experience in manufacturing, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ANSI regulations.
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanical, electrical, and controls technicians to ensure safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
• Manage safety, environmental, quality, productivity, and cost of the maintenance effort.
• Monitor KPIs and manage environmental/occupational health and safety programs; plan maintenance and capital projects.
