Job summary

You will lead safety programs, manage budgets, supervise teams, and drive reliability improvements, with responsibility for plant shutdowns and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a maintenance role with leadership experience.
• Strong budgeting, planning and safety program development.

Responsibilities

• Develops safety programs and practices to ensure environmentally responsible results.
• Participates in safety, health, and environmental continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepares budgets and monitors expenses.
• Plans, coordinates and oversees annual plant and boiler shutdown activities.
• Provides technical support for maintenance functions and central maintenance.
• Oversees daily utilities operations and engineering stores.
