Reddy Ice Corporation in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Operations Lead / Maintenance Technician to monitor and repair production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support safety and reliability goals.

You will apply lean principles, conduct root cause analysis, and assist with basic data analysis while maintaining high safety standards and coordinating with plant management.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of work experience in an industrial maintenance operation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of one of the following Certifications: PLC Certification; Journeyman Certification; Refrigeration Operator; Maintenance Technician Level III; Maintenance & Reliability Technician.

Responsabilités

• Monitor all equipment on a daily basis and operate/repair production machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.
• Read and apply blueprints, schematics and technical documentation for plant maintenance.
• Ensure equipment is functional and supplies are ready for production.
• Test production quality by visual inspection of products where applicable and ensure safety checks are completed.
• Assist with basic data analysis for root cause identification and continuous improvement.
