Qualifications

• Must have 6-8 years of work experience in an industrial maintenance operation.
• Maintenance Certification from one of the following: journeyman, refrigeration operator, or maintenance technician levels III/RP.
• Completion of two of the listed certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment; troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.
• May operate processing machinery and help reduce downtime.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical docs for proper maintenance.
• Inspect and maintain equipment such as ice makers, compressors, heat exchangers, and refrigeration systems.
• Order parts and manage repair parts inventory for plant operations.
• Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
