The role requires mechanical aptitude, forklift operation, and experience with lean methods. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Plant Engineer, supervising the processing crew in absence of supervision, and maintaining accurate daily production and cleaning records.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and forklift driving are required.
• Experience with processing environments preferred.
• Lean principles and tools should be used to drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Monitor all equipment daily and oversee maintenance.
• Lead and assist with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety standards and report hazards.
• Operate forklift and assist with production scheduling.
• Maintain daily production records and cleaning logs.
• Engage with Plant Engineer on production needs and staffing.
