Key Responsibilities

Perform essential maintenance functions, troubleshoot and repair building and plant equipment, execute plumbing and millwright tasks, weld, and perform general building maintenance. Maintain security locks and keys, assist with hazardous waste handling, and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate with vendors and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 36 months of journeyman experience in relevant trades (e.g., electrician, plumber, HVAC, welder).
• Applicable state or city licenses.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and extra hours as needed.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Pass FAA criminal background checks and secure necessary airport security badges.
