• Performs performance tests using tachometers and meters to verify equipment operation.
• Diagnoses and repairs wastewater plant equipment; overhauls pumps, motors, aeration blowers and related systems.
• Participates in installation and modification of wastewater treatment equipment for improved performance.
• Performs pipefitting and piping system work; maintains records of operations and readings.
• Adheres to safe work practices including lockout/tagout and confined space rules.
