Henry County Water Authority is seeking an entry-level maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, install and repair process equipment, and support plant and field operations at wastewater treatment facilities and pump stations in Georgia.

You will work under supervision, use a variety of hand and power tools, and follow safety procedures. A high school diploma and a valid Georgia driver's license are required, with 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and building systems operate efficiently.
• Assist in repairing, maintaining, overhauling, and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment at water production facilities and pump stations.
• Inspects motors, pumps, drives, belts and related components; services and replaces parts as needed.
• Uses hand and power tools and basic measuring instruments to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Assembles, installs, and repairs pipe systems and machinery as required.
• Maintains maintenance records and adheres to safety procedures.
