Job summary

You will coordinate downtime reduction initiatives, mentor technicians, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards while driving continuous improvement across plant operations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in industrial maintenance, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safe work practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving under production pressure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs to limit downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and order supplies within budget.
• Enforce safety rules and lockout tagout procedures in the maintenance area.
• Track maintenance metrics such as uptime, response time, and repair costs.
• Coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
• Train technicians and support continuous improvement on the plant floor.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for production equipment and facility systems.
• Assign work orders to maintenance technicians and follow up on completion.
