Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in industrial maintenance, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS

Qualifications

Five or more years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and safe work practices.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

Manage spare parts inventory and order supplies within budget.
Enforce safety rules and lockout tagout procedures in the maintenance area.
Track maintenance metrics such as uptime, response time, and repair costs.
Coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
Train technicians and support continuous improvement on the plant floor.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for production equipment and facility systems.
Assign work orders to maintenance technicians and follow up on completion.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs to limit downtime.
