Perdue Farms is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Mount Vernon, WA facility. You will lead maintenance operations, drive cost efficiencies, and guide asset care programs to improve plant performance and reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of maintenance management systems, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across facilities. Local travel to sites may be involved and a growth-oriented culture is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong leadership and communication skills expected.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy maintenance programs to improve plant performance.
• Promote safety and enforce safety standards across maintenance teams.
• Manage maintenance staff including hiring, training and development.
• Ensure preventative and predictive maintenance is completed and documented.
• Oversee compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
