Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 3-5 years related experience.
- Experience in layout, drafting, project management, ergonomic design, Industrial Engineering, CAD Operation and USDA requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing and directing maintenance work plans.
- Develop new layout designs for equipment/process installation or changes.
- Prepare estimates of equipment, materials, supplies and labor.
- Supervise repair of building, mechanical and structural problems.
- Maintain preventive maintenance programs using CMMS to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
- Identify chronic maintenance issues and propose corrective actions to boost efficiency.
