Job summary

Molin Sioux Falls is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead the plant maintenance department, oversee reliability programs, and drive continuous improvement across equipment, facilities, and safety practices.

The role requires coordinating with Production, Safety, and Quality teams, building staffing plans, and managing budgets to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Excellent leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong track record in preventing downtime and improving reliability.
• Experience developing and managing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with OSHA and industrial safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance department for safe, reliable, and efficient performance.
• Develop staffing plans, work schedules, and maintenance priorities based on production needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Establish programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production and other departments to minimize production disruption.
• Maintain documentation for repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
