Lead a high performing maintenance operation that keeps plant production running safely, efficiently, and reliably. As a Maintenance Manager, you will drive maintenance strategy and execution for the facility, providing leadership, technical guidance, and oversight of maintenance projects, cost optimization, and process improvements. You will play a critical role in enhancing equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance spend, and supporting continuous improvement while ensuring the facility and its systems operate at peak performance.
The salary range for this position is $101,000-$151,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
