Job summary

Envirogen is seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Kentucky facility. You will oversee maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, and drive safety and compliance while leading a team of technicians and engineers.

You will develop maintenance strategies, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and champion the use of CMMS software to optimize uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plant maintenance management, preferably in water or wastewater.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS).

Responsibilities
