C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all plant maintenance activities, lead supervisors and technicians, and ensure equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently.

The role requires developing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating with production, and managing budgets while pursuing continuous improvement initiatives in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management within food manufacturing.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interdepartmental relationship skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians.
• Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the maintenance budget and negotiate with suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
