Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. looks for a Maintenance Supervisor to direct Maintenance Mechanics & Electricians across plant, facilities, and utilities.

You will drive predictive and preventive maintenance, oversee maintenance systems, and coordinate with Production to keep lines running at maximum efficiency. You will develop and monitor KPIs, train staff in safe methods, and ensure proper work packages, scheduling, and documentation are in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Highschool diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Leads teams of Maintenance Mechanics & Electricians in predictive & preventive maintenance and machine repair.
• Develops and maintains maintenance systems, processes, and documentation for TPM, SOPs, safety, etc.
• Schedules maintenance with Production to accomplish repairs and minimize downtime.
• Develops and tracks KPIs for maintenance performance (equipment reliability, OEE, etc.).
• Trains employees on proper methods and safety procedures.
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance work and materials; provides status reports.
