Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant maintenance team, oversee reliability, safety, and uptime, and guide ongoing improvements across equipment and facilities. You will manage vendors, inventory, and repairs, provide hands-on welding and fabrication when needed, and ensure OSHA and LOTO compliance.

1–2 years of manufacturing experience and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the plant maintenance team.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Identify equipment reliability improvements.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust.
• Manage vendors and spare parts inventory while controlling costs.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, welding, and fabrication support.
• Support OSHA and plant safety processes and lead LOTO programs.
