Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a proactive maintenance team in a manufacturing environment. You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot industrial equipment, and drive improvements in electrical and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities include supervising the team, planning daily activities, managing CMMS, and ensuring safety across high- and low-voltage systems. Strong collaboration with production and engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to manage PLC-based control systems and electrical maintenance.
• Experience with high-voltage systems and reading electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with HVAC, CMMS, and preventive maintenance planning.
• Project management experience in manufacturing environments.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and develop the maintenance team.
• Plan and manage daily maintenance activities and priorities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, electrical systems, and PLC-controlled machinery.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
• Manage CMMS for work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Oversee high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems following safety requirements.
• Lead maintenance projects and equipment improvement initiatives.
