STEM Talent Solutions is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, reliability, and capital projects across manufacturing operations producing personal care products and chemicals. You will oversee a small corporate team and partner with plant leadership to improve equipment reliability, productivity, safety, and performance.

Your background includes a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 7–10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in engineering, maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS, asset management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering, maintenance, reliability, automation, and asset management strategies across multiple plants.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability improvements, and CMMS initiatives.
• Partner with Plant Managers to improve equipment uptime, productivity, and OEE.
• Lead capital projects from planning and budgeting through installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Drive continuous improvement using WCM, TPM, Lean, root cause analysis, and other reliability methodologies.
• Establish engineering standards for equipment, instrumentation, controls, automation, and maintenance practices.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage departmental budgets, capital investments, contractors, and technical resources.
• Lead and mentor engineers, project managers, and plant maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engineering, maintenance, reliability, automation, and asset management strategies across multiple plants.
