Job summary

Sabrosura Foods is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Monroe, WI to lead maintenance systems and the team at the Monticello plant, driving continuous improvement and long-term plans to maximize production and packaging efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in maintenance leadership, strong electrical/hydraulic/mechanical knowledge, and experience with ERP systems. Bachelor's degree preferred; safety and regulatory compliance are essential in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance management experience.
• Experience in food, packaging, or pharmaceutical industries (cheese manufacturing preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and implement maintenance activities through Supervisors and team to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Develop preventative and predictive maintenance plans for equipment to avoid downtime.
• Lead projects with contractors addressing maintenance issues within the plant.
• Set direction and policy for plant maintenance programs and ensure adherence.
• Directly manage maintenance personnel and mentor technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety HACCP standards, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare, justify, and manage maintenance and facilities budgets.
