Job summary

Sabrosura Foods, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead for the 3rd shift in Monroe, WI. The role oversees the maintenance team, troubleshoots complex equipment, mentors technicians, and drives reliability in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The position requires leadership experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of PM programs. On-call rotation, weekend/holiday work, and overtime may be required to keep production moving.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous maintenance leadership experience required.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and industrial equipment is required.
Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to the maintenance team.
Assign, prioritize, and monitor maintenance work to ensure timely completion.
Perform and oversee preventative maintenance (PM) activities.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility equipment.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Train, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians while promoting safe work practices.
Assist in onboarding and training new maintenance employees.
Monitor work quality and provide feedback to ensure repairs are completed safely and effectively.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, parts usage, and inventory documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and increase operational efficiency.
