Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering, mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Motivational leader and effective communicator at all levels.
• Experience implementing best-in-class maintenance programs (Planning/Scheduling, Predictive & Preventative).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime in a 24/7 operation.
• Lead the maintenance team in reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Deploy maintenance strategies and KPIs aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate on root cause analysis and improve equipment efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments on capital projects and process optimization.
