The Richmond Group USA seeks a Plant Engineering Manager/Maintenance Manager for a global specialty materials leader. You will oversee a team of 5 mechanics, own the maintenance budget, and drive facility projects, equipment and parts procurement at a complex industrial site.

Responsibilities

• Directly engage with contractors, planning, and reliability improvements plant-wide.
• Collaborate closely with Plant Manager and operations team; uphold safety and Continuous Improvement culture.

We are looking for a Plant Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager to join a global leader in specialty materials.

This is a hands-on role overseeing a team of 5 mechanics while owning maintenance budget, facility projects, equipment and parts procurement for a complex industrial manufacturing site.

We're looking for a true problem solver with a strong engineering foundation.

The plant operates complex systems including large boilers, high-horsepower compressors and fans, and bulk material handling equipment. They need someone who can dig into challenges, troubleshoot effectively, and identify creative, cost-conscious solutions for repairs and upgrades.

• Ownership of maintenance and repair budgets, with a focus on cost control and smart decision-making
