Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Maintenance Manager located in Des Moines, IA. The Plant Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and maintenance management. They will supervise the maintenance team, ensure timely maintenance and repair work, and manage maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure efficient operations.
