Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Operations Supervisor at our VT facility to lead a team of about 25 manufacturing associates in a TPM-driven, highly automated production setting. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce costs and improve performance.

This hands-on role emphasizes coaching, process improvements, and a strong culture of safety and accountability in a fast-paced environment, with a competitive salary and biweekly pay

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience supervising teams of 10+.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~25 associates with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Promote zero injuries via safety audits, training, and compliance.
• Ensure right-first-time product quality with root-cause corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Distribution to maximize uptime.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support mini-Business Unit structure within TPM environment.
• Facilitate production planning and TPM meetings.
• Use data-driven decisions to improve operations.
• Lead with TPM principles and company policies.
