Job summary

Owens Corning Mount Vernon Plant seeks a Maintenance Leader to build a culture focused on safety and deliver stable, reliable plant operations. You will lead a maintenance team of hourly employees, drive TPM initiatives, and collaborate with plant leadership to improve reliability and cost efficiency.

The role requires a track record in industrial maintenance leadership, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage safety metrics while advancing predictive and preventive maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Operations.
• 1–3 years of industrial manufacturing/maintenance supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead nonunion hourly employees.

Responsibilities

• Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities.
• Provide effective leadership and vision to all plant personnel and contractors.
• Lead Standard Work and Hazard ID.
• Executes PM and work order programs using predictive and preventive technologies.
• Partner with Mount Vernon Plant Maintenance to drive the TPM journey.
• Lead the PM pillar of TPM in Mount Vernon Plant.
• Develop solutions that improve reliability.
• Respond to unplanned downtime with urgency and focus on safety.
