Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Professional certification in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or project management is an advantage.
• Relevant training in occupational health and safety, electrical safety, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma is preferred.
• Min. of 8-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, engineering, or plant operations.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance management position.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an automotive, industrial, or high-volume production plant.
• Proven experience managing production equipment, utilities, facilities, and maintenance improvement projects.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and maintenance
• KPI management
• Experience managing budgets, contractors, spare parts, and technical service providers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the plant's overall maintenance strategy in alignment with business and production objectives.
• Establish preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production equipment, facilities, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Prepare annual maintenance plans, budgets, manpower and improvement projects.
• Ensure maintenance activities are properly planned, scheduled, executed, and documented.
• Review equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, availability, and maintainability.
• Establish and maintain equipment criticality assessments and maintenance standards.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of production equipment.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor key maintenance performance indicators: MBF, MTTR, Planned maintenance compliance, breakdown frequency, maintenance cost, spare-parts inventory.
• Drive initiatives to reduce unplanned downtime and improve OEE.
• Lead, manage, and develop the plant maintenance team; provide coaching and regular performance feedback.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Identify training needs and ensure employees receive appropriate safety and compliance training.
• Work with Production, Quality, Engineering, EHS, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement; provide technical support.
• Maintain CMMS usage and documentation; prepare maintenance performance reports.
• Lead Continuous Improvement in maintenance, reliability, energy efficiency, and asset performance.
