Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical degree with applicable experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven track record leading both functional and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• US work authorization required (no VISA sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Implement maintenance standards and schedules to ensure machine availability.
• Ensure adoption of approved methods, procedures and tools; manage budgets and resources.
• Define maintenance processes and schedules with supply chain and production planning.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities across all workshops.
• Contribute to design and optimization of technical infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and maintenance providers.
