Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and conveyance systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and hands-on in the plant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all maintenance personnel for daily activities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive PM program and PM schedules.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of all plant equipment and facilities.
• Manage CMMS for work orders, scheduling, and asset tracking.
• Ensure safety and food safety compliance across operations.
