Qualifications

• Must be computer literate.
• Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds routinely.
• Must be certified to operate forklifts.
• Must hold fall protection certification.
• Must have Lockout Tagout certification.
• Must maintain GMP and safety practices.
• Must communicate effectively and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment problems from machine errors and operator input.
• Test repairs to ensure full function of systems and machinery.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery.
• Disassemble/reassemble machinery to replace parts.
• Inspect parts for defects and excessive wear.
• Operate and test machinery to verify repairs and performance.
• Read blueprints and schematics to install/repair equipment.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair components as needed.
• Complete tasks per supervisor instructions and SOPs.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance at all times.
