Electrical Automation Services in Tracy, CA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and support a fast-paced production environment.

You will mentor technicians, prioritize downtime issues, drive PM execution, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while engaging closely with plant operations and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and work order systems.
• Familiarity with PSM and ammonia refrigeration operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in daily plant operations.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and weekly payroll approvals.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee outside vendors, contractors, and OEM relationships.
• Participate in capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Ensure OSHA/safety/regulatory compliance and PSM procedures.
