Prysmian Group in North Las Vegas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead, direct and coordinate all plant maintenance and facility support activities with a strong Safety First mindset and a focus on cost control.

You will manage a 3-shift, 7-day operation, read hydraulics and electrical schematics, train staff, supervise outside contractors, and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance system with detailed reporting to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Six years minimum experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in an injection molding environment.
• Minimum four years in a manager role with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment maintenance (hydraulics, pneumatics, motors).
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, plumbing, and vacuum systems.
• ISO elements, Lean Manufacturing concepts and OSHA requirements preferred; proficient with MS Office and related maintenance software.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate a 3‑shift / 7‑day operation to support production goals.
• Plan, schedule and manage preventive maintenance and repairs with detailed reporting.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff; train new hires and coordinate external training.
• Oversee contractors and outside trades to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cost controls in all maintenance activities.
