Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our North Las Vegas plant to lead maintenance and facility support across a 3-shift operation. The role emphasizes safety leadership, staffing, training, and cost control to keep production running smoothly.

You will read hydraulic, electrical, and building trade schematics, coach mechanics, and coordinate with contractors while maintaining detailed reports in our maintenance system. Strong teamwork and hands-on skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 years minimum experience in industrial maintenance.
• Minimum 4 years in a manager role with leadership experience.
• Experience in an injection molding environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, etc.
• Knowledge of ISO elements and their applicability to the department.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff to support a 3-shift / 7-day operation.
• Plan, coordinate and implement preventive maintenance; maintain reports.
• Coach and develop maintenance personnel; set priorities and decisions.
• Manage outside building trades/contractors effectively.
• Ensure safety, quality and cost control in maintenance activities.
