Job summary

TRCC, at our Dalton, GA plant, seeks a Maintenance Technician Lead to provide technical leadership and daily direction to maintenance personnel. You will coordinate work, troubleshoot complex equipment, and support process improvements to ensure safe, reliable operation of manufacturing systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on repair, preventive maintenance, and mentoring of technicians in a fast-paced plant environment. On-site work required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in PLC troubleshooting and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Reading electrical schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities and technician assignments.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and control systems.
• Minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to maintenance staff.
