Job summary

TRCC is hiring a Maintenance Technician Lead for the Tiarco plant in Dalton, GA. The role provides technical leadership, direction to maintenance staff, and ensures safe, efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

You will coordinate work, troubleshoot complex issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities and technician assignments.
• Prioritize and schedule corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to maintenance personnel.
