Job summary

TRCC Transport, Inc. is seeking a preventative maintenance technician at the Tiarco plant in Dalton, GA. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe operation of all systems while maintaining records.

This on-site role requires ability to read schematics, use measuring tools, and follow lockout/tagout procedures. The position offers daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Two years of industrial maintenance experience or a two-year degree required.
• MaintainX software experience is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, machines, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Interpret diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Assist outside contractors when needed.
• Keep maintenance tools organized and area clean.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout.
