Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department in our Oklahoma plant. You will plan, organize, and schedule mechanical and electrical/electronic maintenance of production equipment to maximize uptime and minimize downtime, while coordinating with production and other teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience and proficiency in mathematics; computer literate in maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of the maintenance department to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling with production requirements and other departments.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address process problems and implement corrective actions.
• Be available for emergency maintenance on a three-shift basis.
• Plan and allocate labor and materials for projects to meet schedules.
• Develop maintenance schedules, establish workload strategies, and train staff.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and adherence to company policies.
