Prudential Overall Supply in Mesa, AZ, seeks a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our plant's maintenance operations. You will ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency of production equipment and facility utilities while guiding a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, supervising budgets and contractors, reading blueprints, and driving continuous improvement to support production goals and on‑time customer service commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years repairing and maintaining industrial processing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• 2+ years leading or managing maintenance personnel in an industrial environment.
• Experience planning preventive maintenance programs, managing maintenance priorities, and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, contractor activities, and parts inventories.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop maintenance personnel to support safe and efficient facility operations.
• Assign, prioritize, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team‑oriented work environment.
• Conduct employee training and support staffing and workforce development efforts.
• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment and facility infrastructure, ensuring uptime.
